      Ken check out www.thomasnet.com There are a slew of manufacturers that can help you build your product. As far as marketing goes.. Do it yourself! After you have built your product contact your local newspaper and tell them about your new invention..when they interview you; tell them your story.. If someone finds your product interesting. They will help you produce and market it.

      Vic, i have a question. I need to get a search for my product to see if it is out there, the patent attorney wants six hundered dollars just to do that. But i can deal with that, but in order to patent my invention it will cost six thousand dollars, ouch! Is this what i should do, i know the attorney will do it the right way to protect my product, is this what you have to go through, i need to know Freddy James ludovici.

        A Patent can sometimes be un-important. As you have noticed, your ideas came to market by other people before you acted on your idea. You lost valuable time. I have created and put on the market several toys and games without ever having a patent. I came up with a good name for my products and trademarked them. Then went straight to market. Some ideas require patents, some don't.
        For example: A hamburger cannot have a patent. They just trademark the name of their company. If money is a factor and you need a patent. File for the Provisional Patent. Cost around $100. and will protect you for one year till you can get financial backing to proceed to a non-provisional patent. Which you must do within a year. Good Luck and hope to see one of your ideas on the market within the year!

      I have an idea for a Modified Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Plant that does not have a devastating impact on the environment. The plant that I designed uses a new type of pump tubine system and uses a small fraction of the space of a Conventional Pumped Storage Facility. Also the diversity of the plant allows it to be built in otherwise unsuitable locations for dam plants of comparable production capacity.

      I have read what I can about every conceivable dam, hydro plant facility, fluid dynamics, hydrodynamic fluid, turbine theory, and anything, and everything to do with construction materials and techniques for my plant.

      I have even built a crude proto-type to prove my theory is sound and viable. But I need to find people with expertise in engineering, and people versed in fluid physics to assist in the building of a full scale mycrohydroelectric 1 megawatt facility. And I need to find funding for a feasibility study as well.

      Long story short, where can I find such funding and personnel?

      Thank you,

        Wow! Sounds very technical... You have already started with the most important step; That is, creating a prototype. But before you look for funding; Anyone who invests in your product will want to know how you propose to do this on your own... The one drawback to creating your concept will be getting the expertise in the engineering field to leave their jobs and assist you.. So here we go....
        1). There are venture capital firms run in almost every city of the U.S... Start with your local chamber of commerce.. You want venture capital firms that have a solid background.. Not those you find on the internet.. If anyone asks you to put up any of your own money up front.. Go somewhere else.. Because they will probably just take your money and run.. You have invested enough creating your product and if your product is worthy.. People will pay you for it... For a stake in your company of course.
        2). If all this is not possible.. Seek out the closest utility/electric company… Set up a meeting.. Pass out confidentiality forms.. And give your presentation… I noticed your product will supply a small city with power…(1 megawatt).. If it is what you say it is.. And you can save the consumer money.. These utility companies.. Will want to know your secret.. So if possible keep the important things to yourself.. But here’s the best way:
        3). To find help in the engineering field… I suggest you go to your local colleges or universities.. Get to know the instructors and talk with them about your creation.. Get him/her to let you bring it into the classroom or a field trip to wherever you have this invention… This will be great to get the students involved.. Trust me some of these students of engineering are brilliant… (And there’s your team of engineers for free)… After you have started this project with this team… Get notoriety thru your local press.. T.V. stations.. If this is not possible… Call the closest largest city or better yet, get the University instructors to do this….This will not only promote your product but the university also.. You can bring this full scale by notifying engineering magazines.. etc. The more publicity for you… The more for the University.. Talk to the School Admistrators about this.. Get them involved… When you start getting media attention.. Large corporations will notice you….

        Surprise…you can create this High Dollar project with little or no money. I created all of my ideas and inventions on my own with little money… No marketing degree! And no help! Never let NO stop you from creating your dreams.. Trust me you will hear NO! a lot.. but maybe just maybe one day that right person will say YES.. and believe in your idea..
        Good Luck and keep me informed..

      I have a revolutionary invention "Instant Action, Non-Slip Adjustable Wrench", which as regarded by many experienced engineers will be an ideal substitute to the existing adjustable wrenches. Now, I am looking for a potential buyer to sell it at a very cheap price. Is here anyone who can help me to proceed? I can grant higer comission for this deal at 10%, contact me now for details by above email asap!

      Brief Introduction of the invention:

      A.Instant grip and release by simply pushing a press-button on movable jaw;
      B.Absolute anti-slip mechanism is applied inside the movable jaw;
      C.Lower processing cost is required than common adjustable wrenches;
      D.The more force taken place on the handle, the more grip is provided onto the surface of the workpiece.

      IF FULLY SELF-COMPENSATED ACTIVE FILTER (The Ultimate Analog Filtering Tech)

      This invention relates to 2° order, 3 base-stages biquad/universal continuous time (CT) analog active filters type resonant and, more particulary, noiseless active full self-compensation techniques to improve the frequency range, the stability and/or the selectivity of the filters themselves with a very low or as if zero cost, overcoming said problems.
      These active filters techniques are revolutionary, because they are the only ones in the world that (fully) extend the limited bandwidth of the operational amplifiers employed using, with new direct connections, a single resistor or an additional operational amplifier that has a functionally filtering output, and without destabilizing the filter itself.
      Applications: LF (low frequency) to IF (intermediate frequency), particulary in systems for telecommunications and just for example, as the photo of prototype shows, in a remote reception stage system, where high filtering performances are required to receive and amplifing the signal of interest only, to carry out the right transmitted information to be decoded, without using several filter stages and having system destabilization.

      ADVANTAGES:
      -Very easy to manufacture, no special components or procedures are required;
      -They are the most stable (no manual compensation is needed), and the less noisy* CT single-ended analog active filters (*noise is the interference signals and the lower it is, the higher is the device fidelity);
      -They are inexpensive and require less space, this means:
      -A lower manufacturing cost than the other compensated filters;
      -Saving power consumption and integrated chip area making more versatile, reliable the circuit(s) and longer its life. Ideal for devices that have to work in space or for long time without any human intervention, in critical enviromental conditions also.

      APPLICATIONS: These type of filters may also be adopted in many electronics products which people use every day, improving considerably their performances, within: Televisions, radios (input unit of a superheterodyne receiving system), walkie talkies, analog/mixed-signal systems, equalizers, SOC (systems on chip), measurement electronic instruments (such as oscilloscopes) and similar devices.

      EXPERIMENTAL TEST: These filters have been carefully studied, go-between thousands of behaviour analysis done by computer using the P.S.P.I.C.E. simulator software, and testing dozen of prototypes.
      Several types of analog CT active filters are available today, someone recently patented by great companies too using low noise balanced operational amplifiers also, but they can’t make use of the “Total Parasitic Voltage Control System” (TPVCS). So, mine is the best product in its category for all the above mentioned reasons.

      MARKET PERSPECTIVES: This product type has good market into U.S.A., Canada, Europe and China.

      Hello,
      My husband & I have been meeting with InventHelp.

      We have thus far committed to the Basic info package-BIP fee $1020 CND.

      They have a lovely glossy book and a patent search
      booklet.

      the next process will cost a minimum of $10,990 CND and their are other options as well.

      We have talked to our own patent lawyer and he feels our idea is a good one.

      Do you know of this company and would you recommend it?

      Would appreciate your comments

      Many thanks

        Hello Dianne, I cannot comment on InventHelp or any invention submission company directly. But I want to ask you Why did you go to InventHelp if you say you have your own Patent Lawyer? I am sure he did not recommend a submission company... Using any invention submission company is just wrong... You will be paying for fees a patent lawyer will never charge you! I hope you reconsider. Talk to your lawyer again.. and although you have paid $1,020. You still may get out cheaper with your own lawyer but he will have to read the contract you signed... This site was created for people just like you... I wish you had visited here first... Good Luck and let others know of your future progress. Victor the Inventor
